21 Feb 2014 Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Ek Baar Phir WRITTEN UPDATE

Episode starts with Astha getting ready for the fast and she looks at Shlok who is Sleeping. She lights up the diya and thinks about why she is doing all this and  what is the need of keeping the fast and also thinks does her heart is changing and questions herself whether she is falling in love with Shlok again???....and she scolds herself as mad because of her changing feelings. I(Astha) am keeping this fast only for Anjali's sake. I(Astha) just want to help him(Shlok) in forgetting the bad memories and to move on.Both Niranjan and Anjali completes the PUJA. Anjali is coughing. Varad and Sojal takes blessings. Astha and Shlok also takes blessings and looks to each other.Astha prays that Shlok should become like as he is in the past and make him to forget all the things happened in the PAST.

Jyothi comes to Abhay and by mistake the aarti plate falls on Abhay and he gets angry and locks Jyothi in a store room.Jaya says to Sojal to come and have some food. Anjali asks Sojal to go and do her work. Jyothi who is locked up in the room cries knnocking the door and asks to open. Astha sees that Anjali is getting ill and says to Anjali that her BP is getting down and she has to eat something but Anjali refuses to  eat. Anjali says i can't eat until Niranjan eats. Jyothi knocks the door again but Abhay don't open the door. Abhay says it's not your mistake and i know that you didn't do it intentionally but u have to be punished for the mistake.He also says remember the words that your mum said, a woman has to bear everything that comes up in life and he leaves.

Kavya(The little baby) says to Astha i don't like fasting, Astha smiles and says do you want to have anything. Kavya asks how. Astha says puja is over and you can eat the food. Kavya says mom said that i have to eat after everyone eats.Astha says i have milk for you, lets go ....Kavya asks to whom you are taking the another glass and Astha replies that it is for big kavya and that is Anjali.She asks not to tell anyone.Astha comes to Anjali with the milk and asks Anjali to have it but she refuses.Astha is worried about that she may fall ill if she do like this.Anjali asks Astha to leave. Astha goes to her room and calls Shlok and wishes that Shlok can bring Niranjan home quiclky  so that Anjali can eat something. Shlok and Niranjan are in meeting, Shlok cuts the call. Astha tries again, this time Shlok switches off cell phone.Astha goes to Anjali and see her health is getting serious and asks Anjali to drink some water. Sojal says are you mad Astha??.Jaya says Sojal can take care of Anjali. Astha warms up Anjali's hand and says to Anjali  that don;t neglect your health. Anjali says i can't break rules for my health sake. Astha  calls Niranjan phone to know when he is coming. Shlok sees the call and switches off the phone.

PRECAP: Astha says to Anjali that Niranjan ate the food and said that he will come late. Anjali agrees to have the food. Niranjan walks in, Anjali is shocked.
