The episode starts with Ajinkya and Aditi saying good bye to all the members of the Agnihotri family. Ajinkya says to Niranjan that he has to go because he is having a seminar in Dubai. All of a sudden Aditi faints. Everybody worries about Aditi. Niranjan says to Shlok to take Aditi to her room. Doctor comes and treats Aditi. Doctor says High BP is the reason. He says this is not good in such an young age. He also says she has to take rest for minimum of 5 days and it is not good for her to travel. Ajinkya says to Aditi that he can't leave as her health is not good. Aditi says to Ajinkya(DAD) to not to cancel his Dubai seminar because of her. Ajinkya says i can't make you alone. Niranjan says to Ajinkya that not to worry about Aditi, we all are here to take good care of her. Anjali also says not to worry, we will take good care of her. Ajinkya leaves to Dubai.
Jyothi thinks that if she continue to do pooja daily then Abhay and his mom will get doubt that she is pregnant. She says to Abhay's mom that "i can't do the pooja" because of her periods. Abhay's mom gets angry and says when she is going to give them good news that she is pregnant. Jyothi stays mum. Anjali says to Astha to take good care of Aditi's health. She also says to give food that has less salt to Aditi. Astha says OK, Anjali leaves by saying that pickle is good. Astha takes soup to Adithi. Aditi says that Astha is just like a sister to her. Aditi asks about their story(Astha-Shlok marraige). Astha tells the story, Shlok was listening what Astha is telling to Aditi. Astha leaves and goes to the dining hall. Shlok comes to Astha and gets angry for sharing their story. Astha says i didn't share the bad part of our story. Shlok usually scolds her and leaves.
Jyothi is arranging the clothes in the cupboard and see's the cover that was brought by Astha. She finds money in that cover and is very happy because she is thinking of purchasing the pregnant kit for testing his pregnancy. She thanks Astha for helping in this way. She also think of to contact Astha to get her out of this house. Shlok is reading the books, He sees that some girl is moving around by the side of his room(Shown as a Girl's Shadow moving which seems like Aditi). He checks but he couldn't find anyone.
PRECAP: Shlok gets a call from an unkown person, the caller keeps on crying. Shlok gets nervous and Astha looks worried by seeing Shlok.
